Shen x Lux League of Legends shipfic

Shen breathed a sigh of relief after taking the first turret at top lane. He looked up at his health bar. He had lost more than three fourths of his health tanking the last shots when his minion wave was destroyed. “Note to self” he panted “Minions are NOT overpowered”. Fearing the worst, he dashed into a nearby bush. He heard enemy champions running by.
“Where is he?!” Darius shouted “I’ve got my ult ready”.
“Oh no you don’t!” Draven retaliated “I’m under fed and I am getting this kill”.
“Oh yeah? Try and steal it from me” Darius narrowed his eyes and walked up to his brother. Draven smirked and spun up his axes; Darius sneered and gripped his large axe with both hands. Then, Lux walked out from the river and glared at the two champions.
“We don’t have time to consider kill stealing! Draven, you go bot and farm minions; Darius, you check the enemy jungle” she commanded. The brothers looked each other in the eyes one last time before running into their respective territories. As soon as they left visual range, she allowed a small smile to spread across her face. She turned back to the bush “Alright, they’re gone”. She walked towards the bush, but Shen pulled her in and initiated a kiss. What started out as one kiss turned into a series of relentless lip locks as the two began to make out. They stumbled deeper into the bush until Shen pushed Lux against the wall.
Eventually, the champions become aware of their surroundings and released each other. They were panting and catching their breath after being deprived of oxygen for so long. Lux blushed and looked down, but Shen placed a finger under her chin and angled her face towards his. “I love you” he whispered.
Lux closed her eyes and embraced him “I love you more”. Shen wrapped his arms around her and nuzzled his head against her soft blond hair. For awhile, they stood there in that position; simply holding onto the feelings they felt for each other. Then, Shen looked at his health bar again and saw that he had regenerated up to half of his health. He whispered to the enemy champion “I am afraid I must leave”.
Lux looked back at him and smiled. She lowered her eye lids and ran a soft hand across his face “Be careful…my love”. Shen blushed and his heart fluttered when those words left her mouth. Retaining her grin, she pulled his face towards hers and gave him a deep passionate kiss goodbye. Then Shen glowed and recalled back to base, leaving her alone in the bush. She sighed and reminisced about the moment she experienced not too long ago.
However, she was interrupted when her ear piece started to fizzle with static “Hey Lux!” Darius yelled “Draven tried to take the second turret and got four man ganked! We need everyone at bot lane NOW!” Lux sighed before running down the river to take part in the team fight.
